These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.iamveryrisky.com (the “Site”), operated by Very Risky LLC (“Very Risky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and all related services, products, and content (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This includes important clauses such as limitation of liability, disclaimers, and a waiver of jury trial.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products are sold as-is and all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless the item received is defective or incorrect. See our Return Policy for more details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your region to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into contracts. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account may be required for certain features. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date info and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Order Placement & Payment

Orders are placed through Shopify, and payments are processed by Shopify, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or other third-party services. By placing an order, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

Ensure your billing and shipping info is accurate to avoid delays. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3–6 weeks for processing and fulfillment, including pre-orders. Most items ship sooner, but we cannot guarantee early delivery. All orders receive tracking via email upon shipment.

International customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

6. Authorized Use of Content

All site content is owned by Very Risky or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Site or Services without prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and visual assets (logos, designs, etc.) on this site are owned by Very Risky or used with permission. Misuse is strictly prohibited.

8. User-Generated Content

If you post content (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant Very Risky a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
